Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use alexis27, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Age Verification (KYC)
alexis27 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all Accounts. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to verify your age and identity before withdrawal privileges are activated. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by alexis27 may result in account suspension.
Where alexis27 reasonably suspects that a User may be under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend the Account immediately pending age verification. If it is confirmed that the Account holder is under 18, the Account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds that can be confirmed as originating from the minor will be returned to the payment source where technically feasible.
Responsible Disclosure

Account Registration & Security
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on alexis27. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Registration Requirements
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. alexis27 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. alexis27 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your Account. You agree to:
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Notify alexis27 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify alexis27 of any breach.
Account Security Measures
alexis27 employs 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is available to all users and is strongly encouraged. Automated session timeouts are in place to protect inactive sessions. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and Users are encouraged to take personal responsibility for the security of their own devices and credentials.
Inactive Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. alexis27 reserves the right to levy a dormancy administration fee on dormant Accounts, subject to prior notice to the Account holder at the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce an Account balance below zero.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on alexis27 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer. alexis27 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
- Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

Currency and Exchange
alexis27 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your transaction are entirely outside alexis27's control and are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering
alexis27 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activities. We may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited on the Platform at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on alexis27 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. No conversion fees are applied by the Platform, and minimum deposits start from just ৳200.
Mandatory KYC Verification
All withdrawals require completion of the KYC process. Submit your NID, passport, or birth certificate to unlock full account functionality and protect your account against unauthorised access.
One Account Per Person

General Bonus Rules

Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the game or market you are participating in and accept the associated risk of financial loss.
Sportsbook Rules
- All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
- alexis27 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.
- In-play (live) betting markets are subject to momentary suspension during key events. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and staked funds returned.
- All cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral international series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the competition concerned.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a User of alexis27, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal adult entertainment — and in strict compliance with these Terms. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
- Register more than one Account or allow another person to use your Account credentials.

alexis27 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any Account found to be in breach of these obligations will be acted upon promptly, and alexis27's determination in such matters shall be final and binding.
Account Suspension & Closure
alexis27 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where any of the following circumstances apply:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the User's bank or payment provider.
- Reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 18.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder themselves.
- A directive from a competent legal authority or regulatory body requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting alexis27 support via Live Chat or by emailing support@alexis27 (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Effect of Closure
Following permanent Account closure, you may not re-register on alexis27 using the same or different personal details without our express written consent. Accounts closed due to a self-exclusion request are subject to the conditions of alexis27's Responsible Gaming Policy, available at Responsible Gaming.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alexis27, its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

Platform Availability
